165th Annual Session
Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach, SC
May 19-22, 2022
Covid Safety
To ensure the safety of our attendees the following Covid safety protocols are required:

1. Proof of full Covid vaccination or negative PCR Covid test 72 hours prior to arrival. This applies to all attendees (including exhibitors, family and guests) to have access to the conference area, CE courses, social events and the exhibit hall. Find a Covid Vaccine near you.

2. The NCDS will require masks to be worn correctly in the convention areas. The CDC recommends wearing a mask indoors in public in areas of substantial or high community transmission.  We highly recommend a surgical or N95 mask.

It is the responsibility of the North Carolina Dental Society to have policies in place to protect the health and safety of 1,500 – 2,000 dentists, dental team members, exhibitors, speakers and families. The ADA had similar policies in place for the meeting in Las Vegas. Covid numbers and risks constantly change, variants emerge unexpectedly and there are many unknowns. The NCDS Annual Session team will continue to evaluate the Covid safety protocols and follow CDC guidelines as we approach May, 2022. We are confident we will have a safe, engaging and fun NCDS 165th Annual Session!
