Your generously donated items will be prominently featured on our silent auction app and will also be available for bidding in person at the Annual Session. New - Code of Conduct: All sponsors and exhibitors are required to thoroughly review the NCDS Code of Conduct and explicitly agree to adhere to these guidelines through the online application process. This Code of Conduct is applicable to all representatives of the organization who may attend or be present at the event's facilities. It is the sole responsibility of the organization to ensure that all on-site representatives are aware of and comply with these guidelines.
Registration Deadline: The early bird registration deadline is February 1, 2024. After February 1 registration rates increase.

Elite (red on map): $1,600 Early Bird Rate/ $1,800 post Feb.1
Premium (blue on map): $1,400 Early Bird Rate/ $1,600 post Feb. 1
Standard (yellow on map): $1,200 Early Bird Rate/ $1,400 post Feb. 1
Rules & Indemnification Agreement: All sponsors and exhibitors must review the Rules to Exhibit and Indemnification and agree to these guidelines on the on-line application.
