Registration Information

Dentists, dental team members, guests, and family members, whether in-state or out of state, are all welcome to register for the event. However, businesses or vendors interested in attending must do so as paid exhibitors. Please note that registration fees will increase by $50 after April 1, 2024. These fees cover access to all CE courses (excluding CPR and  the Hygiene Sedation Certification course), entry to the exhibit hall, participation in exhibit hall events, refreshments, and the opportunity to partake in beachside yoga. There may be extra charges for social events. All CE courses, except for CPR and the Hygiene Sedation course, will be recorded on-site and subsequently made available virtually after the Annual Session. Please note that Dr. Gordon Christensen's lecture will not be accessible in a virtual format.  Attendees also have the option to purchase virtual access to select CE courses for an additional $50.

Registration Information:
  1. Attendees must register for their CE sessions this year. Seating is limited, and it's first-come, first-served.
  2. NCDS member dentists must provide the email listed in their NCDS/ADA membership record for the discounted rate, using the same email for ADA Morning Huddle. If unsure, contact Kseniya Galayda, Systems and Member Services Manager, at kgalayda@ncdental.org or call 919-234-4024. Accurate information ensures access to the discounted NCDS member rate, applicable only  to NC Dental Society members. ADA members from other states must register as non-NCDS members.
  3. Spouses and children (age 12 and under) of dentists and dental students can register at no cost. Non-dentist spouses and children must register separately as paid guests. Attendees registered as spouses or guests are not eligible for CE credits. If a dentist or dental team member is the spouse of a dentist, they must register as a dentist/dental team member to earn Continuing Education (CE) credits.
  4. For an additional $50, you can gain access to the library of recorded courses from the Annual Session, available on-demand. These on-demand CE courses will only be accessible from June 1 to July 31, 2024. House of Delegate members will receive virtual access at no charge. Please contact Prissy Allen for the promo code prior to registering at pallen@ncdental.org.
  5. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to mkbeventsinc@gmail.com before May 1, 2024, to qualify for a refund. A $25 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. Refunds will only be granted in cases of medical emergencies after May 1, 2024.
