The NCDS Annual Session Commiteee has closely monitored Covid transmission rates in Myrtle Beach and North Carolina.
The North Carolina Dental Society Annual Session is the largest dental convention in the Carolinas with over 1,900 attendees. Showcase your products and services to over 500 dentists, 500 dental team members plus spouses, families and guests.
We have a new floor plan! We are offering an endorsed partner showcase for our attendees. We will offer 77 booths to non-endorsed exhibitors. Booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to high level sponsors. Exhibitors must register online and we do not offer a paper registration form.
Payment: You need to pay by credit card when you register. Payments are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations will only be given if the exhibit hall is sold out and we can resell your booth. Early Bird registration deadline is February 1, 2022.
Rules & Regulations/ Indemnification Agreement: Please read and review the NCDS Annual Session Rules, Regulations and Indemnification Agreement prior to registering. You must agree to this during the registration process.
Registration Deadline: The early bird registration deadline is February 1, 2022. After February 1 registration rates increase.

Premium (blue on map): $1,400 Early Bird Rate/ $1,600 post Feb. 1

Friday, May 20 - 5pm - 11pm: Breakdown Exhibit Hall

Convention Makers is our show decorator. All shipments must be sent to them directly and not to the hotel.

Call (800) 876-0010 to make your reservations, option 1 for Kingston Plantation Condos & Villas, Option 2 for the Embassy Suites, )option 3 for Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. Identify yourself as attendees of the NC Dental Society.
UPDATE:

- Due to the low transmission rates masks are optional.
- Attendees will NOT be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test.
- The NCDS Annual Session Committee will continue to evaluate the Covid safety protocols. If transmission rates unexpectedly dramatically increase we will review safety protocols.
